Sales
- Our sales agency fee
15-25% (There is a minimum charge. Please contact us for details.) - Shipping costs (shipping and packaging fees) must be borne by the artist.
- If a customer reports a defective product, we will ask for a resend or refund. In that case, the artist will be responsible for the cost.
Flow of consignment sales

To apply , please send an email to info@ronron-lolita.com with the following details: 1. Your name and contact information (phone number, email address, address)
② Photos of the products you wish to sell (if you have a large number of products, please send us several variations of each product) or a URL where the products can be viewed
We will review your application and respond to you by email.

Preparing for sale
Please let us know the product photos and information you would like to have posted on RonRon's website. We will then exchange a memorandum of sale contract.

Now on sale on the Ronron website!
- Once the item is sold , we will contact you with the details of your order. Please prepare the packaging materials yourself and send the item. Please send the item via a traceable method such as Quick Post or Takkyubin, and let us know the tracking number.
Consignment sales regulations
- Consignment period <br>Basically, the cycle is six months from the date of sale, and it is possible to cancel the consignment sales during the renewal period.
- Regarding product pricing: We leave it up to the artist to decide the selling price, but we may consult with the artist on the selling price depending on the balance with other products.

Payment of sales price
- Payments are made to your designated account at the end of each month (negotiable)
- The amount transferred will be the amount minus our sales commission and bank transfer fee.
