Unable to log in to customer account

From December 2023, the login method for customer accounts has changed.

Traditional password login is obsolete.

From now on, log in using the 6-digit login code sent to your email.

[How to log in]

①-1 (For mobile)) Tap the "≡" icon at the top left to open the menu, then tap the login icon at the bottom of the menu.

①-2 (For PC) Click the login icon on the top right

②Enter the email address registered in your customer account (or entered at the time of ordering) and press "Continue"

③ An email containing a 6-digit login code will be sent to the email address you entered. Enter the code and press "Send".

④ Login completed

【Notes】

Please be sure to enter the email address registered with your account.

If you enter a different email address by mistake, a new customer account will be automatically created.
