Year-end business: December 28, 2022 (Wednesday) until 18:00 Closed period: December 29, 2022 (Thursday) to January 4, 2023 (Wednesday)
New Year's business: Starts from 10:00 on Thursday, January 5, 2023

Products that have been shipped internationally or domestically before the holiday period may be delivered during the holiday period.

We are taking orders from our online shop as usual during the holiday period.

Inquiries about orders and unshipped items will be handled sequentially after January 5 (Thursday).
In addition, due to the concentration of inquiries and orders, it may take several days to reply to emails and ship.

Also, after the end of the year, shipping delays due to long holidays (Lunar New Year/Lunar New Year) at RonRon overseas warehouses are expected from late December to the end of January. Please see below for details
