The login method for your customer account has changed

RonRon has updated the account login method due to changes in customer account specifications. (Date of change: December 4, 2023)

The traditional password login has been abolished. If you enter your email address on the login screen, a one-time code will be sent to the email address you entered, and you can log in simply by entering that one-time code.

If you already have an account, just enter the email address you used for your old account and a one-time code will be sent to your email address without any special steps, and you will be able to log in after entering the code. It will be possible.

Also, when creating a new customer account, please enter your email address on the login screen above.

A new customer account will be automatically created by entering the one-time verification code sent to the customer's email address.

If a customer who has already placed an order before creating an account logs in using the email address used when ordering, the order history linked to the email address and details such as name will be automatically reflected.

With this change, customers no longer need to remember passwords and can now log in more securely than before.

Additionally, creating an account is now easier.
