I am very grateful to receive many questions about hair care, so I would like to write about them in detail.
In terms of implementation, the most effective method is a monthly treatment at a salon, followed by daily use of a wash-off treatment and hair oil to maintain the effects.
Since the condition of my hair changes depending on the season, the care products I use change frequently, but I'd like to summarize the best products I've used so far.
My hair is strong and soft, but not fine.
My hair is fairly straight, but it does tend to curl in the same direction as my crown, so I get the surface of my hair straightened at the salon once every six months.
My naturally hair color is quite brown, and when I get sunburned or often curl my hair with a hair iron, the color fades and it ends up looking like someone's hair that's dyed brown.
Therefore, we had it dyed a transparent black.
When we have your hair colored and straightened, we always have you do a treatment.
My hair dries out easily, so I want to avoid making it brittle, but because my hair is thin and absorbs moisture easily, using moisturizing oils and shampoos can make it sticky, so this is a care method that involves applying a smooth shampoo and a non-greasy oil, focusing on the ends of my hair.
YOLU | Shampoo Treatment Set Relax Night Repair
I've tried a lot of shampoos on the market, but this one leaves my hair feeling really smooth.
I used this especially during the period when I was receiving compliments on my hair.
Relax Night Repair works better for my hair than Calm Night Repair.
These days, hair irons are less damaging, colouring is not damaging and hair is not thinning, so this may suit those people.
Calm Night Repair may be a good choice for those who have very dry or frizzy hair.
Moroccan Beauty Deep Moist Shampoo Treatment
I found that applying a small amount of Moroccan oil to wet hair before using a hair dryer makes it very smooth, so I decided to try using it in shampoo as well.
It feels thick to the touch, but when used in combination with fino hair oil, it leaves your hair thick and smooth.
Since it's winter now, this level of moisture and hold may be just right.
JILL STUART JILL STUART Deep Head Cleanse White Floral
I received this as a sample when I shopped at Jill Stuart.
I was skeptical when I tried it, but it left my head feeling refreshed, had a great scent, and made my hair incredibly smooth.
I went to buy it the next day after using the sample.
I realized that caring for my scalp is just as important as caring for my hair ends.
We recommend that you apply it thoroughly to your scalp and then rinse it off thoroughly.
I highly recommend this one.
fino Premium Touch Penetrating Serum Hair Mask
I've tried a variety of commercially available wash-off treatments, but I always come back to fino or HIMAWARI (Dear Beaute) Rich & Repair.
While this hair mask is working into your hair, it's a good idea to do some body care (such as a scrub) and then leave it on for a while before rinsing it off.
I use this hair mask and hair oil in my entire line, and I particularly recommend them as they keep my hair consistently smooth and silky without any issues.
Aujua Quench Hair Treatment
It smells great and makes your hair smooth and silky.
This was my favorite rinse-off treatment I've ever used.
I remember buying it at a beauty salon, but I think you can also get it online.
Almic Hair Oil
I borrowed this from a friend and the next morning my hair became incredibly smooth and silky. When I asked where it was sold I was surprised to hear the name "Donki".
It seems to suit my hair very well, as it makes it so shiny and smooth, so I keep buying it again and again.
MOROCCANOIL Moroccan Oil Treatment
This scent reminds me of my favorite hairdresser who suddenly quit her job after eloping with a stalker who was hanging out in front of the salon.
A small amount makes it very smooth, so I use 50ml.
Milbon Hydrating Jemile Fran Melty Butter Balm
This is a shine-giving finishing balm that I've been using for about five years now.
The scent is really nice, and I carry it with me on humid days because fine hairs tend to get caught in the air.
It's very convenient and gives a nice shine and holds things together, so I always apply it as a finishing touch.
I also like that any balm left over can be used as hand cream.
Other things to consider include brushing your hair from the roots (be careful) before taking a bath, not using a comb on wet hair, wrapping the ends of your hair in a towel instead of rubbing them, keeping a hair dryer away from your hair, and using a hair iron at around 150°C and running it slowly through your hair.
It's important to do it as few times as possible.
Also, if smoke comes from your hair iron, be careful as it is a sign that proteins are burning.
After a bath, I try to give my hair and skin as little time as possible to dry naturally.
It may also be important to find a hairdresser who understands your hair type and can answer your concerns properly.
As mentioned earlier, there are cases where a talented hairdresser suddenly quits their job after eloping with a stalker, or a hairdresser who, while cutting their bangs, says, "If you were cutting my bangs from this close, it would probably upset a young male staff member," and for some reason tries to make my next appointment after closing time, or who is often seen around my house.
Since my regular hairdresser eloped, I've been changing hair salons quite a bit.
Word of mouth is important, but I think you'll definitely find a good match if you try out the products and salons on your own hair and judge their pros and cons❤︎
