  1. Enter Your TS Number
    When entering the shipping address at checkout, always include your unique TS Number (provided by tenso.com) in the address line or apartment/suite field. Without this number, tenso.com cannot identify your package.  
  2. Shipping Fees & Duties
    International shipping fees, service handling fees, and customs duties are not included in your order on our store. These fees must be paid directly to tenso.com upon parcel arrival. 
  3.  Disclaimer
    Our store's delivery responsibility ends once the parcel is safely delivered to the tenso.com domestic warehouse in Japan. We are not liable for issues, delays, or damages that occur during international transit.
